My carers are a wonderful group of ladies, always cheerful and willing to help. To say thank you to them all does not seem enough. I will say not all Angels are in heaven, I have them looking after me!

Mum's carer Charlotte who more or less single handedly, through patience and good humour, encouraged my mum to dress herself and regain some confidence.

The commitment to training was impressive. There was a very competent internal trainer who had worked for the company for many years. Everyone spoke highly about her. There were many lovely comments about her professionalism and passion to make sure everyone received the support they needed and how they were never afraid to ask a question if they were unsure. Those staff who were nervous about training gained additional support and there were many examples of staff flourishing under the internal trainer’s guidance with comments including: "I just didn't think I was capable to achieve an NVQ but the support I got was fantastic and now guess what, I am heading for my level 3".

You wouldn't want to leave once you start working here. The welcome you get when you enter through that door is great and you don’t find that anywhere else.

I think that the standard of the ladies’ work who visit my mother is very good. All the carers are very caring and ensure that everything is in order.

My husband and myself are very happy with the carers we have, they are very caring, polite and helpful. Nothing is ever too much for them to do.

This is to express the deep gratitude of myself and all the family for the wonderful care that Cyril received from Home Service, at the end of his life. It made it possible for us to survive, and for Cyril's deep wish to die at home to be honoured. A very big thank you to you all.

The Management staff were excellent in their advice, knowledge and help, but above all in the spirit of their relationship with us and with Cyril. It was outstanding. The carers were, without exception, caring beyond the sense of the merely mechanical or orientation to task. They truly cared, every single one of them.

Ann could not have been more caring helpful and dependable. It has been with the care and consistency provided by Ann that my Husband and I have been able to know that my mother in law has been well looked after and enabled to stay in her own home as long as possible.
